Hi there! I am a treatment coordinator, and I help initiate care for patients who seek treatment in our office. I work directly with the new patients that come to the office, or I work with people who have been here and are now ready to get treatment started. I enjoy working within a warm family community. Meeting people and getting to know them is the best part of my job! I am married to John, and we have one daughter named Allie.
Deanna
As an orthodontic technician, I help Dr. Geran provide treatment to our patients at each of their appointments. I am also our OSHA coordinator and am in charge of ordering supplies for patient care. I like to ask patients about vacations, holiday happenings and how their day was. We also talk about movies and music! My husband, Mike, and I have two daughters, Heather and Pam. We also have three dogs and three cats!

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I am the financial coordinator, and I help our patients maximize their insurance benefits and flexible benefit plans. I also manage our patients’ accounts. I love getting to know our patients and answer their questions about our care. I married the love of my life, Darrell, in 1996. We have four very active children. The oldest and youngest are boys.

I work as an orthodontic technician, helping Dr. Geran provide care to our patients at each of their appointments. I really enjoy the patients and try to keep things fun at every visit! The best part of my job is seeing the beautiful smiles when the treatment is done! At home, I have five wonderful children named Brandon, Justin, Lindsey, Tyler and Emma.

Hi there! As the scheduling coordinator, I schedule your appointments, facilitate the steps necessary to start your treatment, and help Dr. Geran communicate with your dentist and other specialists. I love doing all I can to make sure our patients get a wonderful orthodontic experience. I have been married to my husband, Randy, for 26 happy years. We have three children who played many school and travel sports over the years.

Welcome! I am an orthodontic technician, and I help Dr. Geran provide care to our patients at each appointment. Our office likes to have fun with one another and we love to have fun with our patients! I love to see the final result of a beautiful smile. My husband is Robert, and we have two children named Craig and Karen. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, traveling, dining out and spending time with family and friends.

I am an orthodontic technician and a clinical coordinator for our practice. I help Dr. Geran care for our patients at each of their appointments and also make sure they are seen on time. I love to joke and make our patients laugh! Dr. Geran is awesome and puts up with my comedic ways. I have two sons of whom I am very proud. Chad is attending EMU majoring in Physics. Chase is attending the University at Albany majoring in Nanoscale Science.
